We've all experienced the thrill of attending an event, feeling supported in the workplace, or even popping into the shops to pick out the perfect gift for a loved one. But for many, these experiences aren't as accessible and positive as they could be.
The Neu Project is a passionate experience design agency and community united by a shared vision: A world where all spaces say, "You're welcome!" regardless of neurological differences. We're not just culture experts and designers but advocates, researchers, and changemakers.
Universal design is not just a moral imperative; it's one of the most significant meta-objectives and strategic advantages for organizations in the modern era. We're here to transform human experiences for everyone.
The Neu Project isn't just about designing better experiences. It's about building a better future for all. In this future, all minds can thrive in the environments in which we connect with others, and organizations will embrace the full spectrum of human potential.
We see the power of neurodiversity. We know neurodivergent people's unique strengths and perspectives are untapped assets, particularly in corporate, hyper-structured, and hierarchical environments, and that when all brains collaborate successfully, magic happens.
We design for the full spectrum of human experience. We create experiences that are accessible, engaging, and empowering for everyone, regardless of their neurological profile, abilities, or challenges.
We measure what matters. We leverage scientific findings and diverse lived experiences to inform our design decisions and measure the impact of our work.
We are committed to social change. We take actionable steps to social impact by educating the public, connecting individuals and organizations passionate about creating accessible spaces, and offering resources and guidance to help implement neuroinclusive practices.
From workplace design and fan and retail experiences to events with belonging at their core, The Neu Project supports brands and organizations in creating experiences that drive business outcomes while championing intentional, human-centered design through our for-profit pillar.
